Bug#1021944: minetest: Cannot enable mods from system installed.

I can reproduce the issue locally and also debugged into it already;
I might even have a patch already but it needs more testing…

(Underlaying issue is that patch shared_mods.patch is broken with the
new upstream version, and that went unnoticed…)
