I packaged this years ago ; since then minetest got an internal api for
i18n that makes it useless.

Dak confirms it's not used in Debian:
$ ssh mirror.ftp-master.debian.org "dak rm -Rn minetest-mod-intllib"
Will remove the following packages from unstable:

minetest-mod-intllib | 20180811-1.1 | source, all
