Bug#1018947: assaultcube: embeds src:enet

source/enet is an embedded code copy of enet.
The embedded version is (according to source/enet/Changelog) 1.3.6,
which is quite outdated. Debian src:enet is acurrently at 1.3.13
(and upstream is at 1.3.17)

The embedded copy is a violation of Policy 4.13, if there is no reason to do so.

Diffing the embedded copy with enet 1.3.6 shows only whitespace chagnes,
execpt one function added, which usage could be easily removed from assaultcube
(the function is enet_crc32_inc, and the function could be just replaced by
doing the crc in one step.
