Hi,

The tool "tools/babel.py" helped me today to find tiny
glitches in the games metadata.

I should set it to run in a crontab at home.

To benefit everyone it could also be part of the Salsa CI;
which would publish it somewhere.

(I ve seen elsewhere on GitHub CI jobs with
"publishing HTML repport artifacts" step).

I don't know enough of CI for now,
so I tag this here in the BTS.
