Bug#960382: pushover: Renamed to Domino-Chain

What is the fastest way to fetch that upcoming version of
game-data-packager?

(So that we can try this and adjust Domino-Chain accordingly.)

(Alternatively, feel free to provide a patch resp. merge request
via GitLab.)
