Bug#1058727: dsda-doom FTCBFS: passes host flags to native build

dsda-doom fails to cross build from source, because it passes host
compiler flags to a build compiler invocation. This used to not be a
problem, but with PAC/BTI we now have architecture-specific compiler
flags that are not understood by all architectures. I'm attaching a
patch for your convenience.
