Portuguese Translation PATCH

Hello there,
I hope you are having an outstanding day by the time you receive this
message.
We are students at Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Brazil) and we
are currently taking an Open Source class with Prof. Jacson R Correia-Silva.
After getting to know open source systems, we really like your PySolFC
project and would like to be part of your project providing Portuguese
(Brazil) translation for PySolFC.
We would like to know if there is a specific place where we can send the
PATCH file (attachment 1) so that the translation can be revised and
integrated into your project (We already tested the PATCH on the package
source:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/p/pysolfc/pysolfc_2.6.4-3.dsc
).
In addition to the translation files, the PATCH also contains Makefile and
config.py modifications to include our translation.
As an additional note, we would like to inform you that prior to our
modification, config.py only installed the Russian translation of PySolFC.
