Bug#696031: simutrans: please allow fullscreen at 1366x768

Hello,

I close now this more then 10 years old bugreport.

Since oldstable, the SDL used for graphics output has improved from
version 2.0.9 to 2.26.3. 

In all tests with the current version the error was no longer
reproducible.
