The Alba-font license is not very explicit and just mentions free USE.
You aer not allowed to modify it or distribute modified versions.
Also, from the website http://www.fontalicious.com/project/alba/ and other
font download sites it seems that the free use actually means free non-commercial use.

Please repack to remove/replace that font.
