Bug#806989: game-data-packager: add support for "Caesar III" playable with CaesarIA engine

control: retitle -1 "game-data-packager: add support for "Caesar III"
playable with julius/augustus engines"

a GDP-generated package could definitively support _both_ engine,
like the Doom data packages can be used by several different engines.

It's then better to install the data in an engine agnostic path
like /usr/share/games/caesar3 or something
instead of /usr/share/games/{augustus|julius}

Ideally we should also support both v1.0.0.0 & v1.0.1.0 of the original CD/DVD
with the patches made available here:
