Bug#1041339: fenix-plugins: Please provide mixer plugin

Dear maintainers,

can you please also enable building the mixer plugin.  It seems to be 
a similar situation compared to the mpeg plugin.  So I propose to add 
the new binary package fenix-plugin-mixer.

I am going to send a patch when the BTS has assigned a bug number.
