Bug#1038104: libclansdl-1.0v5: Extends an obsolete version of SDL

libclansdl-1.0v5 extends SDL 1.2, which is unmaintained upstream
(superseded by SDL 2).

It looks as though nothing in Debian requires libclansdl-1.0v5: the only
package in Debian that would be broken by removing clanlib is trophy,
which does not use SDL. Would it be possible to disable building the SDL
part of clanlib, remove the libclansdl-1.0v5 binary package, and remove
the SDL-related parts from libclanlib-dev? That would be one less thing
in Debian that depends on libsdl1.2debian.
