I disabled this when updating to 1.14.0; spirv-cross is already in
Debian but I hit build failures when trying to compile against it so
took the decision to get 1.14 uploaded rather than fight it further. As
I had to strip various non-DFSG-free bits from the tarball anyway I also
stripped out deps that weren't being used to help reduce the size.

1.15 is out and I'd already started trying to get it uploaded, but got
stalled. I'll take a closer look at how to build against the copy of
spirv-cross in Debian.
