Reopening failed because the bug was closed long ago to be archived, but
I've unarchived and reopened it now (hopefully that will work).

I'm pretty sure the ABI break #1088784 should continue to be RC: it's a
Policy §8.1 violation which makes the dependent package gnome-sudoku
crash, when it is using the library correctly (as far as I know) and
was previously working.

Rebuilding gnome-sudoku would temporarily work around this, but would
not be a correct solution, because the rebuilt gnome-sudoku would not
necessarily continue to work correctly after reverting the ABI break
in libqqwing2v5.
