Bug#1066790: steam-installer 32bit package is missing

The Debian 32bit deb package is missing, even when steam supports 32 bit hardware (see: https://repo.steampowered.com/steam/archive/stable/ ). 

We had some complaints that it can't be installed from the debian repos:

$ apt-cache policy steam-installer
steam-installer:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: (none)
  Version table:

Would be great if you could provide the i386 package for steam-installer, also for the current Debian stable, maybe through the backports.
