Bug#1081401: Should libretro-mupen64plus be removed from unstable?

Hi,

this package showed up as candidate for the Bug of the Day[1].  I had
quickly checked upstream which has released a couple of new releases.
So in case someone might consider this package useful in Debian the
latest version should be packaged.  However, it does not seem to be
maintained in Debian and I confirm it rather should be removed.
