Bug#1085102: sdl-ball FTCBFS: strips with the build architecture strip

sdl-ball fails to cross build from source, because the upstream Makefile
strips with the build architecture strip. Beyond breaking cross
compilation, this also breaks DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nostrip as well as
generation of -dbgsym packages. I'm attaching a patch that skips such
stripping and thus deferring to dh_strip for your convenience. It fixes
all mentioned problems.
