Hi Alexandre,

Maybe some of my initial proposal were not clearly or enough motivated:

1. regarding the ABI version change I think that the lib package
should keep the entire ABI version
otherwise you will face the following lintian warn:

W: libflatzebra-0.2: package-name-doesnt-match-sonames libflatzebra-0.2-2

that is one reason I used libflatzebra-0.2-2 and not libflatzebra-0.2

2. Moreover you will miss some of the header files .h in the -dev package:

That is why I proposed to introduce a (new) libflatzebra-common
package for this.
