Bug#1102042: Please consider providing 5.11 before the freeze

Control: retitle 1102042 Please package 5.11

Sorry that I didn't get a chance to upload 5.11 before the freeze. I was
waiting on luanti-game-minetest to pass NEW. Glad to hear Asuna fixed
their 5.10 support regardless.

I'll keep this open to track 5.11 packaging progress.
