Bug#1103002: uqm: too-short timeout in test

savegames test sets a "safety timeout" of 60s. Unfortunately, that may not be
enough time for the test to complete on a slower platform, causing artificial
autopkgtest failures. Patch below changes the timeout to 300s, with a final
kill at 360s.
