request to join the Games Team on Salsa

Hey,

I would like to package augustus-game within the team umbrella.

For sure I'll also will have a look into Julis packaging ;)

As I learnt along I should improve game-data-packager to support Caesar III 
German assets ;)

Me be a DD since 2016.

I do already packaging within Qt/KDE team, Privacy team, Nextcloud-desktop, 
python stuff ...

Are there common team rules how to package?
