Adjusting the title to reflect this.

I see that there is a desmume-gtk3 package listed in debian/control, but 
commented out. My guess would be that it was left disabled either 
because it didn't work well enough, or because adding a new desmume-gtk3 
package would require "NEW queue" processing by the archive administrators.

Now that Debian 14 'forky' development has opened, it might be a good 
time to re-enable the GTK GUI, this time using GTK 3.
