Bug#1112025: ITS: d1x-rebirth

Dear maintainer,

After looking at your d1x-rebirth and d2x-rebirth packages [1],
I found that theses packages received no maintainer updates in the past
12 years and were not in good shape. They have FTBFS bugs [2]
and were removed from testing 18 months ago.
As a result, I am filing an ITS (Intent to Salvage) request
against your package according to section 5.12 in Debian's Developers'
Reference [3].

My current plan to maintain the package under the umbrella of the
Debian Games Team, to package a newest upstream Git snapshot, clean up
packaging and review/fix all Debian bug reports.
Having found no working public repository (the last one on alioth
is lost in time), I started over and uploaded everything to Salsa [4]

Full disclosure: I will need a sponsor to upload the package in the archive.

Please let me know whether you are still willing to maintain this
package. If you find it necessary to pause the ITS process,
please let me know immediately by replying this bug report.
