Bug#1122233: mangohud: Please package latest mangohud version (v0.8.2) + patches

Dear Maintainer,

RC versions of Mangohud has some serious bugs and memory corruptions,
that crash it in some scenarios.

Final release v0.8.2 fixed some of those (vs rc2), but some of the
memory corruptions weren't fixed until post v0.8.2
