This is #1092323, and probably not actually anything to do with fmtlib.
If the package fails to build for unrelated reasons with the old fmtlib,
upgrading fmtlib is not going to have any impact on that.

When replying to a bug, please try to keep the original Subject
rather than overwriting it with less information: members of a package
maintenance team will often receive it completely out-of-context, and
not know which bug or which package you're talking about until they look
