Bug#1093756: playonlinux: Missing dependency on python3-standard-pipes

Dear Maintainer,

After installing playonlinux it fails to start with a python error:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pipes'

It is missing a dependency on python3-standard-pipes, which seems to be
removed from the standard python library (see PEP-594).

Installing python3-standard-pipes allows me to start the gui properly.
