Bug#1092719: src:mame: fails to migrate to testing for too long: FTBFS on armel and mips64el

mame is now marked for autoremoval from Testing.

I suggest we file a bug to get mame removed on armel and mips64el.
mame's reverse depends are all arch: all so they would be unaffected.
This would make mame remains in Testing and buildable on our more
popular architectures.
