For irrlicht specifically (since I'm one of its maintainers), I'd like
to keep it around even if it won't have any reverse (build-)deps, on
the off-chance that we might be able to use it again for supertuxkart
one day. It's a low maintenance package so I don't see the need to
remove it right now.
