Bug#1108767: openmw: Cannot install as ffmpeg 6.0 deps not in repo

Dear Maintainer,

The FFMPEG 6.0 dependencies are no longer present in the sid repos and
therefore openmw, openmw-data, etc cannot satisfy their dependencies. FFMPEG
7.0 deps are now present, openmw will have to be built against them.
