Bug#1066953: pvpgn: FTBFS with -Werror=implicit-function-declaration

Hello,

I recently solved this FTBFS issue in Ubuntu with a set of patches that
fix the implicit function declaration and a type error with the Debian
version of tinycdb. I've attached them to this reply.
