Bug#1114030: Please add the changelog

Dear maintainer,

as you can see in the upstream issue, that is a known effect of the
latest release. Maybe it would be worth to add an entry to the NEWS that
this release breaks old savegames.

As upstream is now providing a changelog, it would be nice to also
install this in the debian installation, see MR: https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/openmohaa/-/merge_requests/1
