Dear Maintainer,

The PCSX2 bundled Noto Color Emoji font seems to have been removed and replaced with the system Noto Color Emoji package, which doesn't work.

PCSX2 uses Noto Color Emoji for rendering emoji in its big picture UI using imgui, which does not have the ability to render most emoji fonts.  If you want to replace PCSX2's font with a system font, you need to make sure it's either COLRv0 or SVGinOT.

The emoji font is used by some RA achievements, for displaying emoji in user paths, and for a few icons in the interface.

You can check that your emoji font works by going to settings in big picture mode and scrolling down to the "Reset All Settings" button, which should have a fire emoji as its icon.

(BTW, PCSX2 2.8.x will be replacing the SVGinOT Noto Color Emoji with a COLRv0 build of Twemoji and disabling SVGinOT imgui support.  If you want to use a SVGinOT replacement, you'll need to modify the build to re-enable SVGinOT support for imgui starting with 2.8.x.)
