There’s a typo there, it should be
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/heroes-common (but that’s a 404 too). Note
however that not finding the package in the tracker doesn’t mean that it’s
never been in Debian; it only means that it’s not been in Debian since at
least oldoldstable. heroes-common was removed in heroes 0.21-16, see
https://tracker.debian.org/news/856263/accepted-heroes-021-16-source-into-unstable/
