     "u!" sysusers.d syntax is supported
   * d/openarena-server.postinst: Lock the system user on upgrades.
     There's no reason why it should ever need to allow logins, and this
     is consistent with how it is now created by sysusers.d(5).
   * d/openarena-server.tmpfiles:
     Mark for deletion by systemd-tmpfiles --purge
   * d/openarena-server.{sysusers,tmpfiles}: Add header comments
   * d/rules: Try harder to set an appropriate build directory.
     If BUILD_DIR happens to be set in the execution environment (as it
     is when running under Salsa-CI), then the upstream build system will
     try to use that, even if it's inaccessible.
   * d/watch: Convert to v5 format
   * Remove Rules-Requires-Root, no longer required
   * Standards-Version: 4.7.4
     - Remove Priority: optional, no longer required
