Bug#1135268: gtetrinet: Falling pieces are not dispayed, making game unplayable

Package: gtetrinet
Version: 0.7.11+git20200916.46e7ade-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I tried gtetrinet for the first time today, using a tetrinetx server, on localhost, version 1.13.16-19.

I can join and start games, but it is not playable: the falling piece is almost never rendered.

If I resize the window, the piece is rendered. So if I continuously resize the window, I see the correct fall of the piece.

But as soon as I stop resizing, the game visually freezes, like if the rendering loop is inactive.

Feels like a wayland issue.
