This FTBFS appears with swig 4.5, reverting back to 4.4 makes the issue 
disappear.

Maybe it's time to let Ogre-1.12 go


More context:

The upstream Ogre 1.12 branch is dead, the final update to v1.12 was 
released in August 2021. It has been superseded by OGRE 13, which was 
itself superseded by OGRE-14 in 2023.
I personally would like to remove src:ogre-12 from Debian before the 
Forky release.

There is only one r-dep in the Debian that still use v1.12, see bug 
https://bugs.debian.org/1139454
