It appears that 0ad fails to build with python3-defaults 3.14.2-1 from
experimental. Specifically the issue is with the spidermonkey (mozjs) 115 build.

I recently cherrypicked several patches to fix this issue for mozjs140
https://salsa.debian.org/gnome-team/mozjs/-/commit/0b4594e788

I did not do this for mozjs128 yet. I'm hoping that Cinnamon will
switch to mozjs140 soon so I don't need to. :)
