I took another close look at the package.

We found several more incompatibilities:

The Apache License, Version 1.0 is not compatible with all GNU GPL (in any version).
The Apache License, Version 2.0 is not compatible with the GNU GPLv2 (only).
The SustainableUse is a non-free (nc and nd) license which is not compatible with all GNU GPL (in any version).
The MS-PL is also incompatible with the GNU GPL (in any version),
