pcsx2: packaging for new upstream version 2.6.0

Hi!

I've been using the pcsx2 flatpak for the last few months, but it
seems that it is no longer maintained.

So I packaged the new upstream version 2.6.0 for debian; it builds but
doesn't yet run properly (e.g the binary isn;t even included in the
binary package).

I'd like to get this packaged into debian (and possibly a trixie
backport) so I don't need to be reliant on outdated flatpaks.

Would you be so kind to add me to the debian-games team on salsa?
Do you mind if I add myself to Uploaders field & upload the package
once I have finished ?
