Bug#1131297: rott: Failed to upgrade due to missing alternatives

Hi!

While upgrading rott on one of my systems, from the previous
version (20251031-1) to the current one (20251222-1), I got the
following failure which prevented the upgrade to happen:

Because it is a transitional package, I removed the package, which
worked, and trying now to reinstall it also seems to work, but the
upgrade does not, and make apt unhappy.
