[Pkg-geany-team] Bug#653809: geany: "Plugin Preferences" greyed out in Edit menu

Dear Maintainer,

After installing Geany and some plugins (geany-plugin-addons, geany-plugin-
webhelper, geany-plugin-common) I can not modify the plugins options since the
entry "Plugin Preferences" in the "Edit" menu is greyed out.
