Hi,

Do you have any plugins loaded? Also, could you try the 0.21 release still available on snapshot.debian.org?

I did not run into thus on any of my three amd6r systems :(

The high CPU load persists even if I close all buffers in geany. As mentioned
above, I'm not always able to reproduce this behavior.
