[Pkg-geany-team] Geany 1.22, Geany Plugins 0.21.1, Wheezy

Hi,

yesterday, Geany 1.22 was released and I prepared something that I'd
call uploadable w/o being struck by a lightning. It's in git master
(2288b8ee7e719dbd69e4a4b1c3c8d5ad9744b4e6 as of time of writing).

As usual with a new Geany release, the plugin ABI was bumped and
geany-plugins need a rebuild. A binNMU won't work, as the $geany:ABI
dependency I introduced was to the wrong package (-common, which is
arch:all). I moved that to the individual plugin packages now, so a
sourcefull upload should help here¹. And yes, I tested -latex and -vc to
be working in the case of rebuild, so we should be pretty safe here.

I'd like to upload Geany and fixed plugins asap, so we can still make
Wheezy with them (AFAIK RT is planing "whats in sid on day of freeze
will make wheezy if nothing bad happens").
Plugins 1.22 is to be released soon, but it might be too late for Wheezy
(I heard "they"² want a 2-3 week pause between the releases in #geany
yesterday).

So please, everybody, get your finest review-glases and check that I
didn't fuck up anything so we can make a nice and fluffy Wheezy soon :)
