[Pkg-geany-team] Bug#727161: geany-plugin-latex: Seems to prevent window manager from working correctly

If I open a LaTeX document in geany, I cannot use Meta + Left arrow
or Meta + right arrow in GNOME 3 to move and resize the window to
occupy the left / right half of the screen. Switching to the tab of
a non-LaTeX file makes the keys work again.
