[Pkg-geany-team] Backport of "geany"

Hi.

I've backported the geany 1.23.1 packages (and the plugins) from
testing to wheezy and uploaded it to mentors.debian.org. Can you
sponsor these packages or should I ask in the backports mailing list?

I've decided to use the previous release in favor of 1.24,  since this
release works "rock solid" for a longer time in a production
environment.

This is the first time I upload my backports, so I hope this is the
correct way to do it. ;-)
