[Pkg-geany-team] Backport of Geany 1.28 to Jessie

Hi.

I've backported the packages "geany" and "geany-plugins" from testing 
to jessie
and uploaded them to mentors.debian.org.

Can you sponsor the package? I've already asked in the backports 
mailing list.

The package is up and running for some days now on 3 systems without 
any trouble.
