[Pkg-geany-team] Bug#852322: geany-plugin-addons: Task window does not get populated

On a standard Jessie install with backports enabled

How to reproduce:

- Enable the addons plugin
- Open Geany and create a simple file containing "TODO"
- Click the tasks tab in the messages window
- It shows nothing, but expected at least 1 TODO

Works on Jessie. Have not tested Stretch or Sid.
