[Pkg-geany-team] Bug#889589: geany has a missing-pkg-dependency according to adequate

Dear Maintainer,

I was installing geany when adequate reported that there is a missing
pkgconfig-dependency.

>From adequate's manpage -

  missing-pkgconfig-dependency
           Dependency of a pkg-config (.pc) file shipped by this
package couldn't be satisfied.

           References: Debian Policy §8.4.

/home/shirish> adequate geany
geany: missing-pkgconfig-dependency geany => gtk+-3.0

At the same time it should also change the suggests from libvte9 to
libvte-2.91-0 which is now in Debian buster/testing .

Please fix the same.
