was the server actually correctly started when you tried to stop it? when I run /usr/bin/zarafa-server -F, at first it seems to trip over /etc/zarafa/db_debian.cfg which it tries to find as /etc/zarafa/debian_db.cfg or the other way around. what do you see when running manually with -F? after fixing the db_debian.cfg issue here I can start and stop it many times via /etc/init.d without a problem.
for fun I also ran the python-zarafa unittests and found no issues. I can run the other tests later (due to legal issues these are proprietary, unlike the python-zarafa tests).
in the meantime, these lintian errors should also be fixed for 7.2.1:
-missing python dependencies
-zarafa-mr-accept has no manpage (in the end I just gave it a manpage, because similar commands also have them)
-I replaced the link to our website with a reference to TRADEMARKS.txt
so all the current errors should be gone. next on my list is looking into library (package) names.
cheers,
mark.
