[Pkg-giraffe-discuss] zarafa-webaccess, rework of the packaging for Debian

I've fixed this in my fork of your Git branch. This commit should fix it and the other bronken symlink issues below.

Ok, I will have to investigate this copyright issue, it's not my expertise but we will look into it!
